Bremer Waters offer an extensive range of quality facilities for use by residents and their visitors. All facilities and managed by the resort and maintained in first class condition. A comprehensive list of facilities follows:

• The 490 sqm Clubhouse has a huge verandah, outdoor furniture, well stocked library, cards and board games, baby grand piano, computers with broadband internet connection, colour scanner and printer, large screen television, movie screen with surround sound, access to Foxtel, fully equipped kitchen and coolroom, stereo sound system with DVD player, large function area, dance floor, ¾ size billiard table, darts and indoor bowls.
• The 20m solar heated swimming pool with shade sails has ramp access and stainless steel railing and an aerobics / lounge area. The lap lanes have an infinity edge allowing views to the Bremer River.
• Change rooms, toilet and showers.
• Four rink bowling green for lawn bowls (synthetic surface) and lighting for evening games.
• Fourteen acres of open parkland and landscaped gardens adjacent to the river, has been set aside for walking tracks and picnic / barbecue areas.
